  4. smtpd and its associate files are copyright Ant Skelton 1995. You may only use this
  5. software on an evaluation basis, and then only if you obtained it directly from me,
  6. or from the ftp site cslib.ecs.soton.ac.uk, otherwise you are using it illegally.

  8. You MAY NOT alter the sources to this software, nor use it for any commercial purpose
  9. whatsoever without applying (in cash) to the author. This particularly applies to
  10. certain parties (who shall remain nameless) who have been given the sources with a 
  11. view to a commercial release, but who have not as yet been forthcoming with the readies.

  13. And guess what loser! The sources I gave you are full of bugs! Absolutely chocca with them!
  14. And they're all of the really bizarre non-blocking-socket-state-transition-error type! Hah ha!
  15. Lots of luck ripping me off - looks like you might be stuck with that really naff implementation
  16. of smtp you did after all!

  18. smtpd is not guaranteed to be fit for any purpose whatsoever, and you use it entirely
  19. at your own risk! Don't blame me if your hard disc crashes, your computer melts, your
  20. house burns down, and your immediate family are turned into drooling incoherent vegetables 
  21. as a result of harmful radiation emitted through the use of this software.
